Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders within the United States. Orders are usually processed and shipped from our fulfillment partners within 1–5 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 For some larger more specialized products such as rooftop tents and awnings the turn-around time might be a little longer for fulfillment. Please email us at support@viajogear.com if you have questions regarding when your item will be shipped and we will do our best to provide you with detailed information gathered from our supplier. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected but typically range from 3–7 business days after dispatch. If your product is expected to take longer than this timeframe we will contact you with an estimated delivery window. 

We calculate shipping rates based on weight.

Rates by weight:

0lb-50lb: free

50lb-150lb: $15 USD

150lb-300lb: $40 USD

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow additional time during peak seasons. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Viajo Gear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at support@viajogear.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at your expense.
