Viajo Gear is operated by Atlas Supplies LLC, based in Minneapolis, MN USA.

At Viajo Gear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To start a return, please email support@viajogear.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with a return authorization and mailing instructions.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be undamaged (unless it arrived to you in that condition) , and in the original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt)
  • You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us at support@viajogear.com within 7 days of delivery

Include:   

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damage and packaging

We will review your request and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or confirmed defect)
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return Address

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, all returns must be authorized before being shipped back.

Please do not return items to our business address or a PO Box.
Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address for your specific item. Return locations vary by product and may be one of our supplier warehouses or fulfillment centers.

We partner with reputable U.S.-based and international suppliers for order fulfillment, which is why return locations vary.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days
  • If the return is not approved, we will notify you with an explanation

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items that are used, damaged, or incomplete (unless due to our error)
  • Final sale items marked as non-returnable
